You can redeem your cash back toward recurring purchases through your user portal. If you’re logged in, you’ll also have the option to redeem cash back at checkout.
You can apply your cash back toward any purchase you make on the Hydroviv website, including scheduled refill orders and new system purchases.
There is currently no limit to the amount of cash back a subscriber can earn.
To max out your cash back accrual, you’ll need to remain an active subscriber for two or more Hydroviv systems.
Once a recipient uses your unique link to make a purchase, it will take a few days for cash back to land in your Hydroviv account. If you’re missing referral credits after that time, please contact our Support team at hello@hydroviv.com. Please note that referral credits are only valid on orders of $100 and above.
Cash back is only valid for future purchases. It cannot be applied to processed orders.
Canceling all active subscriptions will result in the forfeiture of your credits, including referral bonuses.
